Professor Kerameus started his academic career at the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, in his home city, and completed his profession at the University of Athens. He taught Civil Procedure, Comparative and International Procedural Law in Greek and other main Universities overseas. Neerav Srivastava, a Ph.D. candidate at Monash University offers an analysis on whether or not the Chapter 2 general protections in theAustralia’s Competition and Consumer Act 2010 are necessary laws.
